El entero convento de Sant'Agostino fue construido en la segunda mitad del siglo XIII en un terreno donado por el común.

La iglesia, de una nave con arcos transversales que sostienen el techo, es en estilo derivado de la arquitectura cisterciense. La fachada fue completamente reconstruida en el siglo XVIII.
En su interior se encuentran algunos frescos de Nelli dignos de nota: las "Historias de S.Agostino" y el "Juicio Universal" pintados por el artista con simplicidad y coherencia de lenguaje.
