La iglesia de San Juan fue construida en el siglo XIII donde estaba el antiguo batisterio. La fachada y el campanario de la iglesia son de estilo románico.
El alto y elegante campanario es seguramente el más bello de la ciudad. La iglesia, con una nave, tiene el tejado sostenido por grandes arcos transversales, eregidos sobre ménsulas sostenidas por pequeñas columnas acopladas y adornadas con capiteles con decoraciones florales esculpidas.
