Dance & Wine - Un'emozione da vivere

In one event you can find good food, good wine, performances of dance and music: Dance & Wine – Un'emozione da vivere, July 22nd, 2011 from 20:00 at the "La Collina" Country House, at the 42 of G. Dottori street in Perugia.

During the evening you can watch the exhibition of two pairs of professional dancers, which will show the audience four Latin-American and Caribbean dances. Every dance, and their song, they are linked to a dish and a wine, with Ennio Baccianella from time to time to outline the proposed combinations.

The wines tasted during the evening and presented will be those of the Cellar "Rialto" of Montefalco (PG), and the menu will include, after the welcome drink, cornetti di bresaola nera con caprino aromatizzato; risotto con cacciagione e tartufo nero su cesto croccante; spiedoni di carne flambè e sformatino di spinaci e per finire zeppola con ricotta e frutti di bosco (pastries of dried beef flavored with black goat, venison and black truffle risotto with crispy basket of ; flambé skewers of meat and spinach pie and donut to finish with cottage cheese and berries).

The event will cost 45.00 euros per person, but for groups of at least ten people one is admission free. A reservation is required, space is limited.
